Leveraging knowledge from the games industry to design engaging products.
I was previously a Player Experience Manager for a mobile game publisher before becoming a UX designer.
Coming from a background of customer advocacy, I've cultivated the skill of translating user problems into actionable insights. I value helping people, and the desire to meet user needs before they encounter problems inspired my switch to UX design.
As a game appreciator, especially of the ps2-era jrpg variety, I also loves the finer qualities of a good UI menu.
